Create the highest degree of yourself
To empower individuals, families, and organizations through ethical, trauma-informed, and innovative consulting that fosters resilience, purpose, and wellness.
A world where care systems lead with compassion, communities thrive through connection, and every person has the tools to reach their highest degree of self.

Las Vegas, Nevada has been my home since 2005, after relocating from California. From a young age, I’ve felt a deep calling to advocate for others especially those whose voices are often overlooked or misunderstood. My work has always centered on helping youth, families, and vulnerable adults recognize their self-worth, strengthen their inner light, and move forward with confidence.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (2013) and my Master of Social Work from Simmons College in Boston (2017). As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), I integrate trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices to ensure every person and organization I serve is seen, heard, and supported with dignity.
Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Healthcare Administration (DHA) to deepen my expertise in leadership, healthcare policy, and organizational innovation. This advanced study enhances my ability to help systems, teams, and professionals create sustainable and ethically sound practices that prioritize access, inclusion, and quality of care.
With over two decades of experience across juvenile justice, hospice, home health, autism support, mental health, and substance recovery, I’ve supported diverse populations in overcoming barriers and achieving lasting growth. My professional journey has included founding and managing both for-profit and non-profit organizations, developing policies that reduce liability and improve outcomes, and designing service models grounded in ethics and empathy.
